Tasks

-Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer teams to ensure optimal system performance. -Maintain accurate service records and contribute to technical documentation and training materials. -Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls within SLA timeframes. -Troubleshoot and repair electromechanical systems, PLCs, networking, and cooling equipment. -Deliver installation, startup, commissioning, and maintenance services for liquid cooling systems.

Travel: 50–75% (with occasional short-notice travel) Are you a hands-on technician with a passion for solving complex problems in high-stakes environments? Join our elite team supporting AI/HPC infrastructure in some of the most advanced data centers in the world. -Ability to read schematics, work with 124/208VAC and 48VDC, and lift up to 75 lbs. -Willingness to travel extensively and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations. -Strong troubleshooting skills with electro-mechanical equipment, controllers, sensors, and actuators. -5+ years in field service or technical support roles. -Experience in data center environments is required. -Background in liquid cooling systems or mission-critical infrastructure is a plus. -Associate degree or technical certification in IT hardware or related discipline.
