Overview
Configure and support Workday Absence and Advanced Compensation modules.

Tasks
-Partner with HR SMEs to demo new features, gather requirements, and deliver training, documentation, and communication to end users. -Lead configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support for the Workday Absence and Advanced Compensation modules. -Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions. -Design, configure, and maintain absence plans, accruals, time-off policies, and compensation cycles including merit, bonus, and equity programs. -Oversee data integrity, business process design, calculated fields, eligibility rules, and security for supported modules. -Stay current on Workday releases and new functionality; assess and implement relevant enhancements. -Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (EIB, REST, SOAP, etc.) impacting absence and compensation data. -Manage touchpoints with related Workday functional areas such as Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Time Tracking, ensuring seamless integrations and accurate data flow.

What You Bring
-Demonstrated ability to design, configure, test, and deploy module solutions end-to-end. -Experience building and optimizing Workday reports and dashboards; strong Excel and data analysis skills. -3–5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience with strong emphasis on Absence and Advanced Compensation modules. -Prior experience in a Workday Center of Excellence, governance model, or consulting environment preferred. -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. -Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business-friendly language. -Strong knowledge of Workday business processes, calculated fields, eligibility rules, and security frameworks.
