The Role

Assist in design, delivery, and support of event management systems integrated with CRM & SAP.

Tasks

-Support integration between Cvent, Microsoft CRM, SAP, and AR platforms to enable seamless event management, B2B lead handling, revenue entry, and billing/collections -Gather and analyze business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, contributing to solution identification and tender processes -Participate in workshops with users, vendors, and integrators to refine requirements, solution designs, and integration plans -Monitor system performance, contribute to improvement initiatives, and proactively address operational risks -Assist in overseeing the complete delivery lifecycle, ensuring timely deployment and high-quality outcomes -Contribute to detailed documentation, including requirements, solution architecture, test plans, and operational handover materials -Support the design and delivery of event management systems, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives -Coordinate with application operations teams to facilitate smooth handover and ongoing system support -Provide Level 2 support for event management applications, collaborating with vendors for Level 3 issue resolution

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology -5-7 years' IT experience in application design, delivery, and support, preferably within event management, CRM, or finance integration domains -Proven ability to deliver and support integrations with SAP for revenue management and billing -Hands-on experience with event management platforms (preferably Cvent) and B2B CRM solutions (Microsoft CRM)
