Tasks

-Participate in office culture and initiatives -Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and assist in construction drawings -Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions -Assist in managing client expectations, team communication and consultant coordination -Work with the Design Director(s) and project team(s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interiors from an accredited school -Ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly -Strong leadership, organization, communication, and relationship management skills -Outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas -Knowledge of Revit, Adobe Suite, and Rhino required -LEED accreditation a plus -TO BE CONSIDERED, PLEASE SUBMIT CURRENT PORTFOLIO AND/OR WORK SAMPLES IN PDF FORMAT* -Knowledge of InDesign, SketchUp, Grasshopper, Parametric Modeling, a plus -A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment -0-3 years of experience
