Tasks

-Create a capital and investment budget for your submarket based on revenue and re-investment guidelines. -Consistently provide monthly progress updates as required and fully support the NA Capex360 system. -Create a clear path for sustaining capex activity as well as near- and long-term development activity for the submarket. -Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. -Often provide presentation development and support for GMs and Operation Leaders as they develop their more complex growth cases with the intent to transform our organizations into one that has the ability to develop ideas into business cases and then into reality. -Ensure rapid delivery of projects by de-bottlenecking internal and external processes and constant problem solving. -Own the lease list in parallel with capex with the support of the Capital Delivery team and available fleet assessments. -Drive decision making activity throughout the organization, aligned and supported by the WCan Capital and Systems Manager.

-Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests. -Ability to successfully influence others without authority. -Fact-based and analytical. -Ability to identify unmet needs and provide technical solutions based on operational requirements. -Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors. -Excellent communication and presentation skills. -Capable of working with minimal guidance to solve non-routine problems and present findings in a concise and professional manner. -Good interpersonal skills (e.g., active listening techniques).
