Overview

Ship and receive parts, manage inventory, and maintain a safe warehouse environment.

Tasks

-Receive, locate, and stock parts -Assist in some general facility maintenance -Promptly unload trucks and deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables -Process shop parts, warranty parts and vendor returns -Load and unload delivery trucks throughout the day -Provides additional warehouse backup support as required -Processes the shipment to customers in a timely and effective manner -Daily cycle counts -Maintain an accurate log sheet of daily moves, scanning inventory, and parts counting accurately -Deliver or pick up parts locally as required (in company vehicle) -Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work area -Pick and provide parts to Technicians in alignment with established processes

Requirements

• driver's license

• forklift license
• inventory system
• 5+ years
• high school

What You Bring

-Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract -Demonstrated team player and willing to assist others when required -Proficient with computers -Knowledge of heavy equipment parts is an asset -Good verbal and written communication, with strong customer service skills -Ability to work well in a busy environment and meet daily deadlines -Forklift license considered an asset -Experience with an inventory / word order computer system -5+ years’ experience in a Shipper Receiver role or position in a Parts Department -Minimum of two years towards a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
