What You Bring

-Strong working knowledge in vendor procurements, change order negotiation, budget and schedule management, operational governances, client satisfaction and management, -Masters degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction -Professional Registration (e.g., CCM, AIA, PE, etc.) -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, construction management or a related field -Proven experience with City/Municipal projects -Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management (gmp/ lump sum), project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building -12+ years of related design and construction project management experience with public funded projects
