Overview
Support LMS, create training resources, reports, and manage learning projects.

Tasks
-Researching best practices and industry trends and making recommendations for improvements -Assisting in documenting well-defined standards and processes that support PCL’s learning infrastructure -Providing regular updates to your immediate supervisor -Updating learning resources, including reference guides and videos -Reviewing and adding new courses into PCL’s Learning Management System (LMS) -Working within the LMS to make learning options more accessible and user-friendly -Applying principles of time management to track tasks and deadlines -Participating in stakeholder meetings to manage learning objects (courses) in the LMS and fostering a strong and collaborative approach across PCL -Managing reports to support company metrics and KPIs -Helping to plan and execute system-related change management activities. -Performing data clean-up to maintain accurate records -Running and creating training reports

What You Bring
-PowerBI and/or Tableau (dashboards) -SharePoint and/or Egnyte (document storage and management) -Visio Professional (process development) -Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team to tackle problems -Knowledge/skills in of some or all of the following is an asset: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Learning Management Systems (LMS) SharePoint and/or Egnyte (document storage and management) Service Now (technical service tickets) Visio Professional (process development) PowerBI and/or Tableau (dashboards) -Writing skills for training guides, online learning scripts, and proposals. -Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -Ability to think logically and analytically -Ability to communicate with other team members and groups, constructively expressing ideas and concepts -Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting deadlines -Learning Management Systems (LMS)
