What You Bring

-Knowledge and experience of managing and maintaining high voltage plant and equipment, synchronous generators, excitation systems, LV distribution boards, actuators, motors and protection and control systems for LV and HV systems -Ability to work well with different levels of contractual, technical and managerial staff -Willingness to set and expect high standards of work and safety and capable of leading by example -Ability to manage a small technical team and contract partners -Obtained a minimum qualification of (or equivalent to) HNC in Electrical Engineering, IOSH (minimum) but preferred NEBOSH General or diploma
