Tasks

-Implement quality control measures to meet or exceed industry benchmarks. -Lead retrofit projects from planning to completion, ensuring high standards, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. -Ensure compliance with SEAI regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. -Collaborate with technical assessors, contractors, and internal teams to scope and execute retrofit plans. -Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and transparency.

What You Bring

-Strong negotiation and communication skills. -A relevant qualification in construction or trades. -Knowledge of NZEB/Passive Housing or a background in construction, civil engineering, or related fields. -Experience managing domestic retrofit projects aligned with SEAI schemes. -A customer-first mindset and the ability to prioritise and adapt.
