Tasks

-Taking actions to identify new service business opportunities for ABB, in close cooperation with customer and other ABB teams. -Coaching technicians and engineers and supervising complex site activities. -Ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer experience and effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations. -Contributing to customer satisfaction by planning and executing service work as per customer order and expectations.

What You Bring

-You have hands on experience Site Management (KO with Customer, Planning for site execution, Installation of Switchgears, closing of site activities) -You are immersed in Service function in Switchgear business -Degree in Electrical engineering (should be full-time) -You are at ease communicating in English -You have 5 to 8 years of experience in Installation of ABB MV Switchgear (AIS, GIS, RMU, CSS and Retrofit Solutions) for Turnkey Projects
