Tasks
Maintain a good typing speed for efficient document creation and data entry. Act as a central point of contact to coordinate activities and seek information and extract accurate details between different teams and departments. Type, format, and proofread professional letters, memos, and reports quickly using MS Word templates and features. Create and update spreadsheets, enter data accurately, and use basic functions to create simple reports. -Handle emails, calls, and incoming/outgoing mail. -MS Excel: Create and update spreadsheets, enter data accurately, and use basic functions to create simple reports.
