Assist program managers with planning, tracking, and execution of fuel cell projects.

Tasks

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, marketing, and operations. -Support program managers in planning, tracking, and executing key initiatives and projects. -Analyze data and metrics to help assess program performance and identify areas for improvement. -Help identify risks and propose mitigation strategies. -Contribute to process improvement efforts and documentation. -Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and status reports. -Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.

What You Bring

-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. -Excellent time management skills. -Enthusiasm for collaborating in a fast paced and highly cross-functional environment -Currently a student earning a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Civil, Electrical, and/or Mechanical Engineering required. -Must be graduating between May 2026 and August 2027 -Experience working in manufacturing, construction, and/or facility maintenance as it related to mechanical assemblies is desired.
