Lead daily ops for a commercial roofing branch, ensuring safety, schedule, budget.

Tasks

-Support financial performance by monitoring costs and operational KPIs. -Mentor and develop project managers, superintendents, and field crews. -Lead day-to-day branch operations: scheduling, project execution, safety, and quality. -Partner with leadership to implement systems and process improvements. -Build and manage vendor/subcontractor relationships. -Manage labor, equipment, and materials for maximum efficiency and profitability.

What You Bring

-10+ years of commercial roofing experience , with strong system knowledge (single-ply, BUR, coatings, metal, modified, etc.). -Strong leadership and people-management skills. -High level of professionalism, integrity, and safety focus. -Experience in cost control, scheduling, and operational efficiency. -Proven success managing operations for a large-scale roofing contractor. -Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software. -Spanish proficiency a plus but not required.
