Tasks

-Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff -Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications -Assist with cleaning and closing duties at the end of service -Maintain a clean and organized station throughout your shift -Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards -Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients -Prepare food for service (e.g., chopping vegetables, butchering meat, preparing sauces) -Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion

What You Bring

-Language Skills -Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team -High School Diploma or GED -Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks -Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team -Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar role -Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain one) -Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures -Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality -Experience as a line cook in a similar environment preferred
