Front‑desk receptionist handling calls, visitors, mail, AP, and office support.

Tasks

-Perform Accounts Payable data entry and maintain invoice tracking for managers -Provide a warm welcome to visitors, register them in the visitor log, and direct them to the appropriate department -Answer and direct incoming callscourteously, quickly, and efficiently -Assist with department-based projects and assignments as directed by the supervisor -Manage daily mail processing, retrieval, and delivery; assist with administrative shipping duties such as logging incoming mail, scanning, and updating systems

What You Bring

-Minimum of 1 year of professional administration experience -Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines -Must be able to work Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm -Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment and requirements -Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
