Tasks

-Operating equipment such as mowers, hedge cutters, and brush cutters (training provided) -Maintaining communal green spaces that are welcoming for everyone -Traveling across Lichfield and surrounding areas, ensuring safe and well-maintained environments -Engaging with residents from diverse backgrounds and delivering high-quality service

What You Bring

-Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team -Comfortable with using technology and basic mobile devices -Due to the nature of the role, a Basic DBS check will be required to ensure a secure environment. -A UK driving license (van sharing in most cases) -Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, or a willingness to learn and grow in the field
