Tasks

-Developing or re-developing critical business relationships by meeting with key decision makers and handing them off to respective local markets -Maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to maximize account performance -Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize client conversion and penetration in key markets. -Collaborate with field leadership to evaluate client acquisition strategies.

What You Bring

The BDM must have the ability to work in a high-energy team environment, be self-motivated and goal oriented with a proven track record. A "team player" attitude is expected. We find that individuals who have a true passion for sales and are driven by success are the key contributors to our business. -BS degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field preferred, or 5+ years of industry experience -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong relationships -Exemplary sales experience in a B2B environment -Experience and success using Salesforce, or other CRM is a plus -Expected travel up to 50% -Proven work experience as a top-tier sales professional focused on business development -Standard computer skills - experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook or equivalents.
