Tasks

-Help set up and maintain new operational processes and systems. -Allocate work to engineers and follow up on job completion and reporting. -Provide support to the wider team as required. -Coordinate day-to-day service operations for R&M projects. -Schedule jobs, track orders, and manage procurement processes. -Liaise with suppliers, confirm pricing, and support invoicing. -Support small project delivery and ensure smooth running of service activities. -Take ownership of administrative tasks and drive improvements in efficiency.

What You Bring

-Comfortable liaising with engineers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. -Someone transitioning from a trade or site role into office-based work. -Strong IT Skills -2+ years’ experience in a relevant role (service, operations, or administration). -Able to work independently and as part of a team. -Experience in procurement and scheduling is highly desirable. -Technical knowledge of the industry and understanding of site terminology. Not essential, but a strong advantage. -Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and drive process improvements. -Strong organisational and communication skills. -Mechanical or Electrical experience a distinct advantage.
