Tasks
-May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds -Review and approve financial reports and cash management strategies. Oversee funding requests and manage financial adjustments to meet client requirements. -Conduct monthly meetings with HR, Marketing, Performance, and Facilities teams to ensure alignment and address operational challenges. -Recruit, develop, and provide leadership to a team Regional Vice Presidents and support staff, focusing on program goals and professional development. Address performance and development needs. -Attend client visits and calls to support on-site and RM staff, focusing on client relations and property performance. -Streamline processes and enforce SOPs to improve efficiency and reduce costs across properties. -Review global client issues and support new business pitches and client growth opportunities. -Regularly audit distribution packets and ensure compliance with financial practices. Review and approve procurement compliance and manage corporate expense responsibilities. -Engage with clients to discuss financial performance, CAPEX programs, and adjustments. -Prepare and review annual budgets, incorporating local and national expense trends. Approve budgets before client presentation and guide income opportunities based on asset strategies. -Oversee property performance to ensure alignment with RPM standards. Drive enhancements in maintenance, capital expenditures, and overall property quality and resident satisfaction. -Monitor compliance with operational standards and procedures. -Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes. Ensure proper risk mitigation and manage incident reports with appropriate action.

What You Bring
-Business Development experience is a must -This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 4 days per week. -Ability to self-motivate, taking initiative and driving tasks to completion without the need for external direction -Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing -Skilled in Property Management Software such as Yardi, RealPage and Entrada and Revenue Management software such as LRO,AIRM and Yieldstar -Ability to build, lead and motivate teams -Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions -Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer -Ability to enhance property performance and manage operations to the budget -Knowledge of the property management industry, respective area and industry competitors -3rd party management experience -Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate management or related field experience may substitute for education -Skilled in analytics and strategic planning -Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment -Skilled in strategic thinking, driving decision-making to obtain business objectives and contribute to organizational success -A valid Driver’s license is required -May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time -Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and financial forecasting -Skilled in Microsoft applications -8-10 years in property management leadership, including 6-7 years in senior regional leadership overseeing multi-site teams -Ability to think strategically and drive operational excellence -Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data -Skilled in client management with a strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs
