Tasks

The Head of Compensation, Benefits, and Workforce Planning is a strategic HR leader responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, while also leading workforce planning initiatives. This role ensures alignment with business goals, regulatory compliance, and competitiveness within the industrial sector. -Oversee vendor relationships and manage external consultants. -Maintain and update authorized position lists and job descriptions. -Prepare executive reports and presentations on compensation trends and workforce metrics. -Support organizational restructuring and reclassification efforts. -Ensure all programs meet federal, state, and local legal requirements. -Manage cross-functional teams including Compensation Analysts, Benefits Specialists, and HRIS professionals. -Provide training and guidance to HR staff and business leaders on compensation and workforce planning topics. -Develop and oversee compensation structures, incentive plans, and total rewards programs. -Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent gaps and succession planning. -Conduct market benchmarking and internal equity analysis. -Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations. -Lead workforce analytics and forecasting to support operational needs. -Lead annual salary reviews, bonus distributions, and pay equity audits. -Partner with HR, Finance, and Operations to align compensation and workforce strategies. -Manage health, retirement, wellness, and other employee benefit programs.

What You Bring

**Work location will be in the Middle East and relocation is a must** -10–15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. -CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), GRP, or similar highly desirable. -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CCP/SPHR preferred). -Proven experience in industrial services or similar operational environments.
