Lead team delivering person‑centred housing support for mental health customers in Worcestershire.

Tasks

-You’ll coach your team and manage individual and team performance -You’ll be a Safeguarding lead for the team, and oversee the health and safety checks and risk assessments are completed and recorded -You’ll promote the service, ensuring that it’s visible and accessible to referring agencies and self-referring customers and promote our brand in the community -You’ll ensure the quality of the service evidenced by KPIs and customer satisfaction surveys, and empowering customers and colleagues alike -Leading our team of support workers and coordinators, you’ll help us deliver our person centred, efficient, quality housing support services to our customers aligned to our contracts

What You Bring

-Able to use technology for setting rotas, managing budgets, managing spreadsheets, invoicing and ensuring quality support plans and care plans. -Great people skills, ability to communicate and understand where people are in their life -You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that. -Experience of delivering support in a housing or care environment -Ideally, you’ll have experience of leading a team, and have the knack for empowering and developing others -The confidence to challenge behaviours that are not aligned to our values, and the ability to advocate for your customers
