What You Bring

-8+ years of development experience -Solid experience with the following technologies: C#, ASP.NET, Databases -A track record of commitment to prior employers -1+ years of team leadership experience -Strong written and verbal communication skills; Must be able to communicate at a level appropriate to the audience (direct reports, peers and senior management) -Solid web development and troubleshooting skills -Experience with MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, and Elastic Search -Ability to motivate and build high performance software development teams -Strong project management skills -Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue, Angular or React -Excellent team building, and consensus building abilities -Experience with AWS EC2/ECS/S3/RDS/SQS/Aurora/Lambda is highly desired -Experience in developing Server Side Rendered and Single Page Web Applications -Experience in fast paced Agile Scrum environments. -Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not for profit university or college (preferably in Computer Science or a related field)
