Tasks

-Represent WesTrac across key industry bodies to promote CI and brand presence -Provide clear direction and leadership to meet team and customer goals -Foster a high-performance team culture focused on accountability and success -Manage the full sales process from opportunity to delivery -Drive retail transformation aligned with WesTrac’s 5-year strategy -Build strong relationships with Caterpillar to support sales outcomes -Oversee account management performance and act as a key escalation point -Manage campaigns, customer coverage, and market share growth -Deliver budgeted sales targets across your assigned customer base -Develop customer segment plans that support our Easy to Buy, Easy to Own vision

What You Bring

-Demonstrated ability to lead and coach sales teams to high performance. -Advanced leadership/people management experience with the ability to inspire, influence and motivate teams across multiple functions not directly within the reporting line -Proven leadership ability to embed the Values and Behaviours of our business -Proven marketing ability, understanding how to create compelling offers, effective sales funnel management and sales velocity through organisation. -Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships -Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal), including consultation, negotiation, and facilitation skills to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders -Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Marketing, technically related discipline or a retail management role within large and complex organisations
