Assistant Operations Manager

Description

• Support salary preparation through attendance data & operational inputs.
• Process reimbursements and coordinate with Finance for timely closures.
• Maintain all admin-related MIS, registers, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain asset records (VTS devices, cameras, tools, machines, etc.).
• Manage complaint tracking and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage account payables and verify operational expense bills.
• Coordinate with operations teams for day-to-day administrative support.
• Handle documentation for repairing & maintenance of operational assets.

Requirements

• Strong documentation, coordination & follow-up skills.
• 3–6 years of experience in admin operations, asset management, or payables.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, registers, and operational reporting.
• Ability to manage multi-site operational data and grievances.
• Graduate (Admin/Operations/Commerce background preferred).
