Tasks

-Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement account growth strategies. -Represent IMServ in public arenas such as conferences or exhibitions to promote the IMServ range of products and services, and host Corporate Hospitality events when required. -Lead operational teams through commercial issues to ensure issues are resolved operationally and contractually if needed. -Participate in and contribute to regional and national account management meetings, conferences, and training sessions. To act as a mentor within the team, specifically with new and existing Account Managers to assist with their on-boarding and development -Implement and follow quality assurance processes and metrics. -Act as the primary point of contact for end users and partners in the region. -Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. -Financial management and reporting of dedicated client portfolio. -Contribute to the management of the business as a part of the wider Commercial function -Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement. -Develop collaborative client focused relationships with all internal departments; identify key trends/issues with a view to achieving process improvements and measuring the success of these. -Responsible for the commercial management of a group of clients within a dedicated channel. -Be an active lead in contributing to the Third-Party Intermediary and End User account management strategy. -Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with end user and partnerships key accounts. -Monitor the quality of data collection, metering, and customer services provided to accounts. -Collaborate with IMServs strategy team to assist with customer view and feedback into product and service deliverables.

What You Bring

-Experience of working within a SaaS organisation (*) -Demonstrable experience of success in an account management role, preferably within the energy sector or a related industry. -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Experience in a Private Equity owned business environment (*) -Willingness to travel as required -Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. -Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
