Tasks

-Work with our lab teams to successfully implement new commercial contracts. -Manage existing commercial contracts and income streams, making sure we hit our income, profitability, and service level targets. -Manage a commercial budget and ensure it aligns with business goals. -Represent South East Water as a leader in laboratory analysis at relevant industry events and forums. -Identify and explore new commercial opportunities, and develop proposals for potential new work.

What You Bring

-The ability to confidently chase up results and challenge processes when needed. -Additionally, as part of the employment offer, you will need to pass background, identity, and employment referencing checks. -Budgetary experience. -It is necessary for you to have the legal right to work in the UK when you begin employment with South East Water. -Experience in a similar role with at least 5 years of experience in account management. -A degree in a science-related field. -A proven track record in sales and account management. -Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with people from all backgrounds.
