Tasks

-Lead HSE planning and execution across offshore sites, including artificial islands, platforms, and subsea systems. -Develop and implement HSE policies, risk assessments, and emergency response plans. -Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are tracked and closed. -Ensure compliance with ADNOC and international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA, NEBOSH). -Interface with client representatives, regulatory bodies, and EPC contractors to ensure alignment with project HSE goals. -Mentor and supervise HSE officers and engineers, fostering a proactive safety culture.

What You Bring

-The candidates should have Bachelor's degree in Engineering. -Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage -Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET) and NEBOSH IGC or equivalent are mandatory. -PMC experience will be preferred -Proven track record in managing HSE for mega EPC projects, shutdowns, and brownfield upgrades -Minimum 20 to 25+ years of HSE experience in oil & gas, with 8+ years in offshore leadership roles.
