Senior Project Coordinator

Tasks

-Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure files are organized and accessible -Coordinate project activities, resources and information across teams -Communicate project status updates to project managers -Provide clear communication with internal and external team members, clients, and governing authorities. -Track project progress, milestone and deadlines -Assist with scope and fee proposals, prepare project work plans, monitor project schedules, monthly invoices, and track project budgets and team performance. -Identify risks and issues, escalating to project managers when appropriate -Work with an interdisciplinary team of engineers, architects, and planners to plan, design, and oversee construction of a variety of capital improvement projects. -Assist with solicitation of disadvantaged, minority and women owned business enterprises (D-W-MBE) to meet agency and project goals. -Assist with grants administration of CIP projects with governing agencies. -Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas and document minutes and action items -Support construction administration services with Project Managers, including reviewing shop drawings, responding to contractor RFIs, reviewing pay applications, and managing construction observation and materials testing team members. -Coordinate the project bid process, including preparation of bid tabulations and award recommendation letters. -Assist with the preparation of multi-year CIP for airport clients.
