Tasks

-Enter work order requests to appropriate maintenance personnel. -Take resident complaints and identify proper protocol to resolve issues. -Work with Activities Coordinator to welcome new residents to the community. -Work with maintenance department to ensure apartment turnovers. -Conduct walkthrough of available apartments to ensure readiness for occupancy. -Accurately process apartment applications and lease renewals. -Ensure workorder requests are completed to company standards. -Provide a professional, positive and engaging experience for the members of the community. -Manage leasing, outreach, and lead generation for the community.

What You Bring

-Previous leasing and/or sales and customer service experience. -Ability to quickly develop rapport with prospective residents. -Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment. -Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills. -Attention to detail. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. -Must be organized and able to meet assigned deadlines.
