Tasks

-Promote smarter, more efficient ways of working while identifying opportunities for business growth. -Mentor, train, and support staff development to drive performance and staff retention. -Oversee compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, conducting audits, inspections, and toolbox talks. -Manage resources, schedules, and performance to ensure efficient delivery of projects and maintenance activities. -Lead and supervise regional teams of engineers and contractors delivering civils works across telecoms infrastructure projects.

-Excellent understanding of civils works within telecoms infrastructure (copper, fibre, and power). -Adaptable and solutions-focused, promoting continuous improvement. -Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop others. -Strong communication skills, able to work effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and customers. -Optical Fibre Knowledge -Highly organised, with the ability to manage resources across multiple sites.
