Tasks

-Submits crewmembers’ timesheets into payroll by deadline. -Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements, including crewmember discipline and documentation. -Reads and follows plans, material lists and guidelines and applies necessary timelines. -Supervises crew and prioritizes work. -Enforces all company safety policies and procedures. -Organizes, supervises, leads and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframe. -Monitor crew work for quality. -Enforces all client-required safety policies and procedures. -Conducts regular safety meetings. -Fulfills all regular and advanced project duties, including project layout, and completes required paperwork in a timely manner.

What You Bring

-A demonstrated understanding of construction means and methods associated with the renovation and construction of commercial and institutional buildings and site work related -High school degree or equivalent, AS degree in Construction Management a plus -Minimum of 5 years related experience in concrete or construction -A minimum of 5 years of experience in government contracting -OSHA 10 and 30 preferred -No less than 3 years of responsibility supervising construction
