Tasks

-Expand our reach by collaborating across business lines—Community Development, Buildings, Environmental Services, and PM/CM. -Grow our brand by engaging with industry organizations like AAAE, ACI, FAC, ASCE, ACEC, and WTS. -Be a connector—build strategic relationships with airport authorities, counties, and cities. -Support crossregional efforts with our Portland, ME office and other Northeast locations. -Foster a culture of collaboration, safety, and innovation across disciplines and geographies. -Play a key role in hiring and mentoring the next generation of aviation engineers. -Build and lead a highperforming aviation team with specialized expertise. -Serve as Project Manager, Project Director, Principal, or Subject Matter Expert on major airport infrastructure projects. -Lead highimpact pursuits in Florida’s aviation market—identify opportunities, build winning teams, and secure major contracts. -Oversee project delivery with a focus on quality, budget, and schedule.

What You Bring

-Proven success delivering projects for small, medium, and large hub airports in Florida. -PE license in Florida (or ability to obtain within 60 days); licenses in other states a plus. -Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field. -10 to 15 years of experience in airport infrastructure design, PM, or construction.
