Tasks
-Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, allegations of misconduct or violations of company policies; recommend follow up actions, as necessary, and ensure all appropriate next steps are followed. -Develop and implement employee relations policies, procedures, and training programs to promote a culture of respect, fairness, and professionalism -Serve as a primary contact to manage the performance management processes for both hourly and salaried employees, including coaching and counseling support -Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate potential liabilities -Partner with leaders to develop and monitor the implementation of a performance improvement process with non-performing employees and reviews, guides and approves management recommendations for employment terminations. -Advise and guide managers on disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations -Serve as a primary point of contact to investigate workplace issues and conflicts providing guidance, support, and resolution strategies -Train managers and supervisors on best practices for handling employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations -Collaborate with HR business partners, legal counsel, and management to ensure consistency and compliance in addressing complex employee relations issues and mitigate risk to the organization -Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee relations activities, ensuring confidentiality and data privacy -Analyze trends and patterns in employee relations issues; identify areas for improvement, and recommend proactive measures to address root causes

What You Bring
-Proactive identification of employee relations issues and risks. -Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations with the ability to interpret and apply them in a practical manner. -Ability to work independently with minimal day to day guidance. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders. -8 yrs experience in employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution and conducting investigations. -Creative problem-solver with the ability to think strategically, analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations. -Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. -Keen attention to detail, sound judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
