Overview
Primary technical contact for system troubleshooting, data and network support at LaGuardia Airport.

Tasks
-Proactively identify potential issues and develop contingency plans -Identify process gaps and recommend improvements -Communicate technical changes and project updates to stakeholders -Research and resolve IT application service requests within defined service levels -Provide training and develop user support materials -Participate in system implementations with supervision -Configure and troubleshoot network systems and applications -Organize technical projects from inception to completion -Track, document, and resolve test results in a timely manner -Create user interface prototypes and conduct requirement gathering sessions -Evaluate business data challenges and propose solutions -Serve as main point of contact for system issues and data asset updates -Define and document functional/technical requirements and workflows -Develop and execute functional and user acceptance test plans -Coordinate with service management functions on issue resolution -Maintain professional relationships with clients and internal IT teams

What You Bring
-CCNA certification or CompTIA A+ preferred (network fundamentals, IP connectivity, security) -2+ years in network or data systems support -Web-based application functionality knowledge -Experience with help desk ticketing systems (preferred) -Associate's degree in IT, Networking, or related field (Bachelor's preferred) -Collaborative working style with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities -Ability to multitask and work independently under minimal supervision -Superior customer service orientation -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities -Excellent oral and written communication skills -Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical applications
