Tasks

As Estimator, you will play a key part in the pre-construction team, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the wider commercial team to secure and deliver competitively priced, accurately scoped tenders. -Attending site visits during tender stage -Reviewing tender opportunities with the commercial team -Raising RFIs and ensuring timely responses -Preparing comprehensive cost submissions -Evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations -Monitoring cost alignment during project mobilisation -Providing clear and accurate handover documentation to delivery teams -Assessing tender documentation for accuracy and completeness -Identifying and managing project risk at bid stage -Preparing and sending enquiries to the supply chain
