Tasks
Organize, manage and maintain legal documents, including contracts pleadings and discovery Provide support for team projects Perform research/analytics and reports on industry specific topics as requested. Schedule and confirm travel itinerary including air, rental car, hotel, event registrations Prepare written correspondence or memoranda Maintain knowledge on corporate policies Schedule and manage meetings for team events Prepare presentations/spreadsheets Performing administrative tasks, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing Support the company's compliance efforts by researching and understanding relevant regulations and Receive and direct visitors at the International Training Center for related meetings, initiatives, or other The Paralegal I has the primary responsibility to support the attorneys in the legal department including case management, investigations, administrative support, transactional document drafting, research and business analyst functions. In addition, this role will be responsible to ensure accuracy, timeliness, consistency, and seamless execution of reporting, tracking of Legal issues and administrative support on behalf of the Legal team. Work with Legal and Operations team members to maintain franchise standards. Management and coordination of assigned tasks Claims tracking and quarterly updates Send Legal Documents out via RightSignature and/or Fedex Complete follow up on items and tasks assigned and transmitting text, data, and graphics Work with other key members of the team and interdepartmentally to reach team goals and timelines Conduct legal research, analyze case law, statutes and regulations relevant to the company’s Maintain filing systems regarding client specific communications or documentation Assist with the preparation, review, and management of contracts, including drafting, negotiation, and Assist with litigation matters, including gathering evidence and preparing discovery responses, and Keep information in business-critical systems updated Draft simple routine legal documents for review by attorneys Serve as liaison between PDRI, PDO Offices, franchisees, vendors and team Produce PowerPoint presentations by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, Field telephone calls and e-mail directed to the CAO/GC for team follow up Manage and generate monthly reports Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, fax

This position may also require up to 5% travel for training, team meetings and executive meetings.
