Overview
Optimize Dynamics CRM, train users, manage data, reporting, and support business development

Tasks
-Generate reports and dashboards using Dynamics 365 and Power BI to support marketing and business development goals. -Partner with graphics and content teams to enhance CRM visuals and templates. -Co-lead training initiatives for CRM modules including Projects, Resumes, and Knowledge Base. -Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting, and guidance on CRM features and workflows. -Work closely with Market Leaders and Business Development teams to track client relationships and initiatives. -Manage annual reviews of CRM content and update as needed. -Maintain and cleanse CRM databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance. -Develop and deliver engaging training materials and sessions for new and existing users. -Facilitate the management of the project close-out process to obtain critical project data for marketing / business development purposes -Identify and recommend process improvements, including integrations with third-party tools and datasets. -Implement CRM best practices to streamline operations and improve user experience across departments. -Facilitate the development and troubleshooting of CRM content templates -Segment customer lists based on behaviors, preferences, and demographics to support targeted outreach.

-Speech Clarity – ability to speak clearly and in a common language so that others can understand you -Mentoring Skills – provides support and feedback to less experienced colleagues; acts as a source of guidance, assistance, and expertise to less experienced colleagues -Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. -Business Acumen –knowledgably in policies, practices, trends and information affecting business and the organization; knows the competition; aware of how strategies work in the marketplace -Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. -3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, preferably with AEC360. -Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or professional services industry. -Interpersonal Skills – ability to interact positively and work effectively with others -Knowledge of contracts and project management -Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI -Judgment and Decision-Making Skills – ability to make reasoned judgments that are logical and well thought out; constructively questioning and analyzing information in order to make the best conclusion -Detail-Oriented – ability to achieve accuracy and thoroughness when accomplishing a task; pays attention to details and is able to understand what caused a certain outcome -Knowledge of industry-specific software -Written Communication Skills – ability to clearly deliver a message through written words using correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation -Problem-Solving Skills – uses logical methods and analysis to solve problems; can see hidden problems and find effective solutions -Knowledge of resource allocation -Team-Building Skills – ability to enhance social relations, define roles, and align goals within a team -Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, and Outlook) and web browser applications -Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint). -Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills. -Comprehension – ability to understand information, ideas, and direction presented in writing and/or verbally communicated
