Overview
Lead strategic direction & execution of energy engineering programs, managing large teams.

Tasks
-Be on top of customer’s business situation and develop campaigns, proactive proposals while solving their problems. Drive RFQs to develop winnable proposals through key differentiators. -Cultivate and maintain strong, transparent relationships with customer stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication, manage escalations, and proactively identify new business opportunities. -Drive continuous improvement and responsible for implementing digital solutions to automate / improve the execution methodology -Establish regular review process for all the projects to ensure scope, schedule, budget, resources plan, utilization and other key parameters are on track. -Develop hiring strategy, drive team to conduct mega hiring drives, proactive hiring, onboarding and training of campus hires etc. -Lead and mentor a large team of over 60 engineering work force across multiple disciplines, provide guidance on individual development. Drive a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Develop second generation leadership. -Be accountable for the program's financial metrics, including revenue, margins, and operational efficiency. Report out the quarterly/monthly revenue and margin forecast. Identify potential business risks and ensure mitigation plans in place. -Act as the primary strategic point of contact for the energy customer. Develop and own the account-level roadmap, ensuring alignment with the customer's long-term business goals and Quest Global's growth objectives.

What You Bring
-Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. -15+ years of experience in the engineering industry, with at least 3 years in program management. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional, cross-cultural, and cross-geographic teams and stakeholders. -An ideal candidate will be with strong experience in heavy engineering and leading projects across Mechanical and Electrical engineering activities. -Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or an allied field. -Strong negotiation skills and understanding of various commercial offerings is essential. -PMP or other recognized program management certifications will be a value add. -Strong experience in leading work package/fixed bid model projects.
