Tasks

-Preparing bank deposits -Account Reconciliation and Business Metrics Tracking -Stand and sit for prolonged amounts of time -Communicate with third parties regarding credit applications/customer payments -Managing accounts receivable processing and collections

What You Bring

-Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook -Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic -Ability to verify the mathematical accuracy of accounting documents -Well organized, motivated, and able to work independently and as a part of a team -Ability to multi-task between business operations -Knowledge of Foundations software -High school or equivalent is required. An associate or a bachelor’s degree in accounting is preferred. -Ability to handle multiple projects and manage time and workload -Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check -Prior construction industry accounting experience a plus -Lift and move up to 50 pounds at times -Ability to sort/file accounting documentation -Must have three (3) years experience in accounting functions
