The Role

Overview

Manage residential lettings from enquiry to move‑in, ensuring occupancy & tenant satisfaction.

Tasks

Gather feedback from prospective tenants to support pricing and marketing strategies. Work closely with the Tenancy Progression team to ensure applications are processed efficiently. Deliver against operational KPIs, including lease-up targets, occupancy rates, net income, and customer satisfaction. Report lettings performance to the Lettings Manager. Conduct tenant check-ins and address queries throughout the tenancy process. Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers to drive occupancy. Identify and report any defects or maintenance issues to the Property Management team. Maintain accurate systems and data for all lettings activity. What You Bring

Confident working autonomously, making informed decisions, and initiating action in line with processes. Professional in presenting and interpreting information accurately. Experience in residential lettings, real estate, or sales; BTR/PRS experience preferred but not essential. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. High level of confidentiality and integrity. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently. Collaborative team player with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues.
