Tasks

-Guide the extended team to create complete design and construction documents. -Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of various architectural projects, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. -Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. -Ensure designs and documents comply with all applicable codes. -Provide mentorship and guidance to junior design staff. -Develop and coordinate the production of quality contract documents based on prototype and/or job-specific requirements. -Collaborate with Project Architects and Project Managers to ensure the vision of the work stays on point.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and collaboration skills. -Minimum of 5 years of experience as a designer. -Experience working on projects from start to finish. -Experience in creating detailed architectural drawings and overseeing construction phases. -Proficiency in Revit with at least 3 years of experience. -Familiarity with building codes, zoning ordinances, and fire codes. -Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. -Experience working on public works or commercial projects. -Strong project management and architectural design skills.
