Overview

Install and assemble modular buildings, foundations, decks, and related structures.

Tasks

-Follow safety measures for setting and working with mobile/modular buildings. -Install mobile/modular buildings, block and level, concrete blocking, and pony wall foundations. -Crawling under buildings -Load and unload truck with job materials. -Ensure maintenance of company vehicle is current through company providers. -Climbing up and down on ladders and equipment -Complete time sheets daily and accurately. -Complete and pass customer required training courses as needed. -Wear personal protective equipment -Assemble decks, porches, ramps and steps, trusses, sheathing, roofing, and gables as needed. -Operate handheld power tools -Keep job site clean and organized. -Work outside in all weather conditions

What You Bring

-Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required -Complete OSHA 10 Course within 90 Days. -Strong customer service skills -OSHA 10 & 30 Certifications a plus -Ability to pick-up a minimum of 25 pounds consistently and carry up to 250 feet unassisted -Ability to work with a team and be a self-starter -Drug screen and background check required -General knowledge of power tools and techniques for care -Forklift Certifications a plus -Ability to lift 50 pounds -Ability to work more than 40 hours per work week and up to 12 hours per day -Carpentry and construction experience preferred -Set-up and knockdown experience preferred
