Overview
Perform destructive testing and quality control of product samples in a manufacturing lab.

Tasks
-Assist in the efforts of down day machine cleaning, wash-ups, housekeeping, and continuous improvement efforts. -Look for creative resolutions to solve issues when needed -Operate and maintain industrial equipment and machinery -Perform product adherence checks to maintain our quality standards -Communicate all pertinent information regarding safety, quality, and mechanical issues to designated leads.

What You Bring
-Understanding of safety policies to drive a best in class Zero Harm Culture -Computer knowledge with an overall familiarity with Excel and Outlook is preferred -Ability to continuously stand, walk or sit -Ability to demonstrate past success related to manufacturing, or a business support crew environment -Ability to work safely -Understand and ability to apply knowledge in troubleshooting quality issues -Learn how to make and manufacture our wide variety of innovative products -Ability to bend, climb ladder & stairs -Must be able to use and accurately interpret measuring devices -Must have good time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks -Understanding of quality control, with a proven record for high quality performance -Ability to lift up to 10lbs frequently, and 50 pounds occasionally. -Excellent Communication Skills -Ideally a minimum of 1-year experience in manufacturing, or working with large machinery and equipment
