Maintenance Technician

Overview

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing equipment.

Tasks

-Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical). -Testing, troubleshooting, and repairing machines and equipment and ordering/installing replacement parts. -Performs equipment failure analyses (including preventive and unscheduled maintenance). -Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield. -Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures. -Determining and performing required maintenance (cleaning, lubricating, aligning/adjusting parts, calibrating, etc.). -Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems.

What You Bring

-Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred. -Passport, (2) Birth Certificate, (3) Certificate of Naturalization (USCIS Form N-550 or N-570), or (4) Permanent Resident Card (USCIS Form I-551. -Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day.
