Tasks
-Design of radiological protection systems for European Spallation Source. -Support and mentoring on route to achieving professional accreditation. -Supporting assurance of major modifications to a critical RAF capability. -Research into the reliability of programmable protection systems. -Upgrade to UK dockyard electrical systems to support the next generation of ships and submarines. -Research and development of novel military command and control systems. -Development of a safety critical control systems for next generation power generation such as Nuclear Reactors, wind turbines and Fusion. -Design and delivery of the electrical systems at Hinkley Point C Power Station. -Development of Hardware-in-the-Loop systems for customers for the testing of future operational scenarios and “black box” unit replacements in support of obsolescence. -Design of a new 11 kV power system to support decommissioning of a nuclear power plant over the next 60 years.
