Tasks
-Operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times -Interact positively with residents to maintain high levels of resident satisfaction -Fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster and other fillers using appropriate tools -Contribute to cleanliness and curb appeal of the community -May be responsible to work on an on-call basis -Mix, match and apply paint, stain, enamel and other finishes using brushes, spray equipment or rollers -Paint walls, doors and ceilings in apartment homes and common areas. Drywall repairs and patching completed to ensure aesthetic appearance -Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules and regulations

What You Bring
-Regular attendance, reliability and punctuality is necessary to meet the needs of applicants, new and current residents, guests and outside vendors during regularly scheduled hours -Ability to read and follow instructions on safety information for cleaning supplies -Must be available on the last and first day of the month for turns -Outstanding customer services skills -Must be able to work overtime as needed -Aptitude to work independently with excellent time management skills -High School Diploma or GED Equivalent -Ability to understand and communicate written and verbal directions -Capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations -Ability to work nights and weekends, upon request -Well organized with excellent attention to detail -Minimum one year of job related painting experience required
