Tasks

As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be managing Commercial projects ranging from new construction and renovations of hospitality projects to large gaming, convention center and entertainment projects across the country. This is an impactful role managing projects with potential for career growth and skillset expansion. -Management of QC, schedule and budgets for projects -Leading a team of 4-6 engineers from across MEP, Fire & Protection engineering depts, working to devise and implement the right technical solutions for the client. -Effectively develop and manage project designs from initial concept through design documents, construction documents and close-out. -Represent team at design and construction meetings -Point person for clients, architects, and contractors from design through construction. -Manage submittal and RFI responses to support construction activities -Collaborate and coordinate with internal engineering departments, architects and contractors

What You Bring

-Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering -Project Management background preferred OR desire to enter Project Management -PE or LEED certification is a plus -5+ years of Mechanical or Electrical or Plumbing or Fire Protection design background

The compensation that we expect to pay for this position is commensurate with years of experience, professional licensure and education may range from $120,000 to $150,000 annually, bonus eligible, plus benefits.
