Coordinate maintenance tasks, manage technicians, stock and reports for residential properties.

Tasks

-Work effectively with other team members to ensure outstanding levels of guest satisfaction -Update job notes and feedback to other team members -Complete monthly reports and invoice property owners accurately -Monitor inbound task request and allocate to appropriate technician or team member -Manage stock of commonly used parts and spares -Communicate effectively with guests and landlords who you may encounter in person at a property -Organise recurring repairs and certificates
