Tasks

-Stay informed on plant trends, availability, and new introductions -Work with the Glengate & Hoffman Sales, Management Teams, & Logistics to provide exceptional service to our clients. (Strong Relationships) -Maintain and update plant inventory logs and price lists (winter updates) -Coordinate shipping and deliveries to meet Construction and Enhancement schedules -Deliver quality results under tight deadlines -Take ownership of our existing plant procurement system (Excel-based Master Sheet / Aspire Systems) and team, refining and expanding both to support future growth and development as a spearhead for the Connecticut market. -Work with state-of-the-art technology and equipment -Negotiate with vendors to secure cost savings, discounts, quality, and favorable terms -Manage holding yard inventory and provide weekly availability updates to sales/design teams (Separate Excel sheet to track holding yard materials; Aspire can be used if managed daily)
